PSA Oxygen Generator and Oxygen Cylinder Filling Station

The PSA oxygen generator and oxygen cylinder filling station is generally used to separate oxygen from the air directly. Clean and high-efficiency, the oxygen generating equipment realizes continuous production for high purity oxygen with the quantity and quality required.

Working Principle
The PSA oxygen generating equipment employs two adsorption towers to ensure continuous production. At first, the 7 bar dry compressed air enters one tower with the pressure conforming to the set value. During pressurization, the nitrogen will be adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and the oxygen is separated and delivered to the oxygen tank of the PSA oxygen generator and oxygen cylinder filling station.

In case the pressure of the first adsorption tower reaches the set value, the second adsorption tower will be pressurized, making preparation for work. Some of the oxygen obtained will be used for molecular sieve regeneration in the adsorption tower on standby. Our molecular sieve comes with first class quality. The regenerating property helps achieve lifespan over 40,000 hours.
