Combination Air Dryer

Our combined air dryer is made up of a refrigerated air dryer and a heatless regenerative desiccant air dryer which are connected by some pipelines. The refrigerated dryer is able to remove 85% of the water in compressed air, and the heatless desiccant dryer delivers a low pressure dew point (-40°C) at the outlet.

As compared with heatless regenerative air dryers and heated regenerative desiccant air dryers, the combined air dryer works in a more efficient and reliable way, because the exhausted heat of refrigeration compressor is recycled for the regeneration of the desiccant vessel. This reduces the purge rate from 14% to 4%. Thus, our combined compressed air dryer substantially reduces the operation cost.

Features
1. The dew point can be as low as -70°C.
2. The desiccant has a prolonged service life which is 3 times longer than that of common desiccant air dryers. So, maintenance cost is cut down.
3. Our combined air dryer takes advantage of single-chip microcomputer control technology to realize automatic operation.
4. The refrigeration unit, absorption unit and compressed air filter are fixed on one chassis, and the compact structure allows for convenient installation and use.
