KeLin Aier Qiyuan Equipment, better known as KL, was inaugurated in 1997 as a professional compressed air treatment solutions provider. Our repertoire of performance machinery includes the refrigerated dryer, desiccant air dryer, compressed air filter, industrial water chiller, air separation plant, and much more. Each year, we produce more than 8,000 sets of compressed air dryers and over 30,000 sets of filters and auxiliary devices for oil separation.
We begun importing and exporting in 2001. An estimated 30% of all assembled equipment is shipped overseas. Our distribution network has found root in countries including Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, and Australia. As a pioneer in the domestic field, we were among the first to pass the annual evaluation of standardization and obtain the National Production License. Our range of compressed air purification equipment is CE compliant; select models are certified by ASME.
The company headquarter is located in Hangzhou. Our production facility spans over 13,000m2 and is operated by 125 employees, of whom there are 16 management personnel and 15 senior technicians.
We operate in strict adherence to international standards such as 6S and the ISO9001 management system. Sixteen years of controlled expansion has resulted in the establishment of 13 offices, placed strategically across relevant locations including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Wuhan, and other major cities. These offices provide our clientele with excellent pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale services.
During the course of development, we have participated in numerous exchange forums with internationally known brands such as GD, SPX, GEC, and Parker Hannifin. We have a special technical team that consists of 12 technicians. Included are 3 electrical engineers, 3 senior engineers with more than 20 years’ experience in refrigeration system design, as well as 5 project engineers responsible for project bidding, project design, as well as product testing and commissioning.
We can design and manufacture large scale and non-standard compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, etc. in accordance with the requirements of customers. On the basis of ensuring efficiency, we can also design auxiliary facilities for our machines to maximum environmental protection and minimize energy consumption.
Quality Control and Management
The ISO9001:2008 quality management system is implemented throughout our production. We conduct strict audit and assessment to all the outsourcing units and carry out the factory inspection regularly. All our raw materials must go through triple inspection and are graded in batches before entering into the warehouse. We refuse to accept the unqualified or slightly unqualified raw materials. The use and allocation of the raw materials is in accordance with the FIFO (first in first out) rule.
All our staff must receive on-the-job training and get guidance from production team leader before taking up their posts. The personnel on professional work such as welding and painting are required to have the technical post certificate. Meanwhile, the company holds the irregularly scheduled safe production training and test to make the working staff form the habits of abiding by the rules and regulations strictly.
Moreover, the 6S production management system is introduced for guaranteeing the production line with sustained clean and orderly production state. The quality inspection personnel are responsible for the quality of raw materials and recording the machine production status on the product surveillance card. We have our own experimental test room. Regular tests are conducted to make sure each set of our compressed air treatment equipment has enhanced reliability and safety.
