2. We can design and produce new types of compressed air treatment equipment according to client-side actual conditions, thus maximizing customers' benefits. The design drawing is also offered to clients in a timely manner, thus ensuring goods delivery in the shortest period of time.
3. We offer the best compressed air system solutions to our customers, based on client-side air demand.

In-sales Services
1. The company would sign the contract with customers in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and strictly comply with the terms of contract to fulfill the rights and obligations.
2. The detailed product information and the matters needing attention are available for customers.
3. Communicate with customers fully and give full respect to customers’ advice to meet customers’ requirements farthest.

After-sales Services
1. Our range of refrigerated air dryer, desiccant air filter, industrial water chiller, and air separation plant are provided with 12 months warranty since the date of acceptance or a maximum period of 13 months since the date of reception, whichever comes first. The wearing parts and consumables are not covered in the warranty. During the warranty period, we support product or parts replacement when natural quality problem occurs.

2. We can supply lifelong paid service after the warranty, and offer the spare parts with preferential price.

3. After the product is put into normal use, we would call back for return visit every three months to master the service condition of our product, solve the problems of product during the service process and answer the questions of customers relating to equipment use and technical issues.

4. During the service period of the product, in the case of product failing to work normally, our after-sale service engineer would give a reply within two hours or go to the production field of customers to deal with the problem upon request, thus ensuring the production goes back to the normal state as soon as possible.
